What is the name of this movie? A little girl who is orphaned by criminals who becomes her neighbor's lover?

It is sort of a Lolita-esque movie where she is beaten by her father but eventually all of her family is murdered by criminals. She goes to live with her neighbor and ends up becoming his lover so they have to keep on the move. He dies in the end and she lives by staying in some sort of vent.

1. In the Professional, starring Jean Reno and Natalie Portman, a little girl's family is murdered. She ends up living with her neighbor, who is a hitman. They develop a friendship, and at one point, she alludes to them becoming lovers, but they never do - it is more like friends or even a father-daughter type relationship. He dies in the end. 3. The Professional, but called Leon overseas. In the extended version, Matilda (Portman) offers herself to Leon (Reno) as his lover, but he declines because of a woman in his past. A great movie. Gary Oldman derserved an Academy Award for his performance. The scene in the bathroom with the girl is perhaps some of the best acting ever done.
