Criminals.....?

Some criminals go to jail and come out reformed. They are no longer set in their bad ways. Most company's don't hire someone with a criminal background. Yet when they come out from jail, what employment is out there for them? No wonder why they go back into being criminals. Do you have any suggestions as to eliminate this growing problem when they let these criminals on the street agian?

1. Thank God for prisons, and I hope we build more.....
2. most companies don't hire them, but some will, they should keep looking even it's for a lower pay, they have to build up their credibility again, then they will be offered the higher paying jobs. those that have really reformed will not go back to crime again.
3. I think for certain crimes( like Vandalism) and if it is their first time in trouble with the law they should go to something like a reform school. Where it is kind of like a jail but they get an education or taught a trade.
