Anyone know the name of a new series about a criminal catching criminals?

I saw this commercial for a new series about this high profile criminal, very good looking guy, who is released into police (or FBI) custody to help catch other criminals. The criminal and his handler are both good looking and there is also a girl lead. The commercial eludes to a attraction between the main girl on the team and the criminal. Does anyone know what TV show I'm talking about? It's due to premiere this fall. Thanks for any help!
