Criminals.....? Some criminals go to jail and come out reformed. They are no longer set in their bad ways. Most company's don't hire someone with a criminal background. Yet when they come out from jail, what employment is out there for them? No wonder why they go back into being criminals. Do you have any suggestions as to eliminate this growing problem when they let these criminals on the street agian?
